Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and ocwins ("Platform", "we"). • The use of bots, automated software or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the platform's security systems is prohibited.
• Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity is prohibited.

The ocwins platform supports a range of payment methods suitable for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following financial conditions are fixed and apply to all users:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining account balance may not be withdrawable, depending on the nature of the breach committed. ocwins's decision in this matter is final.

The ocwins platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ocwins does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from errors, or be fully secure at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ocwins will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on this platform.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Loss of data or information stored in a user's account.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court or tribunal, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
